Mud Wash Rock Art - Gold Butte National Monument

Mud Wash Rock Art - Gold Butte National Monument

Mud Wash is part of the Gold Butte Scenic Byway, as well as the most common route to Little Finland. The road down Mud Wash is bumpy and long, and I suspect many people pass right by the rock art panel next to the road without noticing it. I would have missed it as well, except for an eagle-eyed preschooler in the backseat that pointed it out while bumping by heading to Little Finland. The panels, right next to the road is interesting and well worth stopping at if you are passing by.

Looking down at the Mud Wash Rock Art panel area. The panel is where the vehicle is parked.
