Ran this canyon on October 8th 2026 with two of us. High water levels = lots of swimming but no KPH. Anchors looked fine when we were going through. Webbing above golden cathedral was still good but make sure to bring lots of webbing if that one needs replaced it’s a long one. Rappel into golden cathedral was high water levels- partner who is 6ft water came to their upper chest, I couldn’t stand so be prepared for a long rappel into deep water! Such a fun and beautiful canyon. As mentioned make sure to have water left for the exit - it’s hot and sandy but worth it.
