Very nice unassuming canyon. Start is a little ugly down a wash, but once into the canyon it's very nice. Water in both sections of narrows. I bypassed the first narrows to the right. Big pool at the bottom of the drop. the canyon continues through another narrow section with higher walls (arch on the right side heading down the canyon) and then eventually funnels into another slot. Some water to the two drops that lead into the grotto below the natural bridge. You can head down canyon along the rim on either side of the bridge and get down tot he canyon floor in order to come back up. The drop leading to the bridge looked like an easier climb up than down. |
