The Chute of Muddy Creek - Southern Swell

RATING: River Hiking or Class II Float
LENGTH: 6-10 hours
FLASHFLOOD: High, do not enter if rain is in the forecast.
SEASON: Spring, Summer, Fall
NOTES: Bugs can be a problem at times. Bring spray!

The route requires a car shuttle, but both the trailhead and exit are generally accessible via any vehicle. The shuttle is do-able on a mountain bike, but fairly long.

You will be wading/wet most of the day, be sure its warm and you have all essential gear drybagged.

No Mans Canyon - Robbers Roost

LENGTH: 5-7 hours (8-10+ if doing both at once)
RAPPELS: Up to 60 m ( 197 ft. ), bring a 60 m ( 197 ft. ) and 10 m ( 33 ft. ) if fixing the South Fork. Bring a 60 m ( 197 ft. ) and pullcord if doing just the North Fork. Bring a 60 m ( 197 ft. ) rope, pullcord, and 10 m ( 33 ft. ) rope if doing both.
WATER: Generally little or none unless right after rains. Possibly wading, but likely little swimming.
FLASHFLOOD: Moderate, but you can see the whole drainage and skies on the approach.
SEASON: Any, although summers can be hot. Roads can be difficult to pass in the winter.
