Trip Stats | Deadeye Dick Canyon - Zion East Side

First rappel can be walked around and down climbed on canyon right side (also exited this way too). Rappel 2 is off of a pile on the left. Bottom of Rappel 2 is 2 pools of water and today the water was unavoidable even though it hadn't rained in weeks. So this canyon can be wet some times!

Only had one car so parked at Chamberlain Ranch and ascended to DeadEye Dick per BlueGnome notes. Fun day coupled with Mighty Mouse.

Got beta from Bluugnome. They had us start and finish from the Narrows trailhead. The beta was difficult to figure out, so the hike out took too long. The canyon was super muddy, and again, beta didn't help us prepare for the rappels. I wouldn't recommend this canyon, but we still certainly had a good time
