easy hike petroglyph
Nice nice Canyon. Never found the petroglyphs, even though we really looked hard. Went all the way to the end of the canyon and back. Short, narrow, swim call sculpted rock.
With Greg and Justin. No water. Anchor in good condition.
We didn’t do the rappel due to the waning sunlight. But the hike through the canyon would be excellent for all abilities with epic views on cool days. Definitely worth going back to do the rappels.
Another beautiful hike - really pretty narrows and lovely canyon- try looping into Old Woman Wash sometime and ending up on the high road around by the loop pass. The petroglyphs were very colorful up high on a scree slope. Iâd go back here again - beautiful environment.
