Rap 5 can be bypassed by following trail on right. Bring lots of extra water next time.
Really cool!
Wore 2/3 farmer john wetsuit. Highs in 60s/70s. Worked well. First 2 pools ice cold, then warmer from spring. With 6 people, took 8.5 hours. (long time changing and taking pictures at end)
3rd rap, first anchor will stick rope on chockstone just below. Quite a bit of stemming
Avoidable water/mud after recent rains. Straightforward
Huge exposure. Had to make sketchy bouldering moves to get down. Not recommrnded for inexperienced and faint of heart
Sara's bday! Combined with Fern's Nipple for a long day.
Group of 8, no wetsuits and no one was cold except when not moving for 30+ minutes.
