Did all 4 hogs in one day, just over 9 hours. did hog 4, 3, 2, and then 1. Hog 4: Don'd go up the boulders at the end that is hog 1. Rim walk and enter from the right. Rappels were nice and straight forward. Hog 3: Didn't seem very r-rated especially if you rappel the long down climb at the beginning. Second rappel was very cool and pretty. Hog 2: Birth canal was very cool. All around very nice. Worth it to bring 40 meter for the first rappel. Hog 1: Not super memorable. Climbers exit is pretty straight forward and easy. Exiting the canyon kinda sucks and it up a long boulder field.

Did it with no ropes counter clockwise, next time would do the canyon proper with three rappels if bringing beginners or potential 60m rappel bolted at the very head of the canyon. Do it counter clockwise? so you don't have to walk down the road?

Road is super sandy- parked a mile before the trailhead. Very narrow. Lex went low and was tight. Annika stayed high so also an option. Cool boulder problems. Would not do again.

Good canyon. Would do again. Pretty narrow but very pretty. Some weird down climbs but nothing felt too sketchy.

Did the climbers exit. Didn't take ropes, but saw anchors for two rappels. Without ropes should be called fucking around. A lot of steep long downclimbs, but rappeling these probably wouldn't be that much better. Used some partner assists on the shorter ones.

Last rappel was cool. Last rappel was also longer than 11m probably closer to 15-20m. Not super memorable.

We put wetsuits on way to early. The swim and water section was cool. Beginning was pretty cool but mostly just weird slanted walking and stemming. Didn't do the last rappel and did it as a loop not car shuttle. Last rappel looked pretty cool though

Cool down climbs. Middle rappel was really cool. Encountered some hip deep water in the pothole and had to do a fun(muddy) pothole escape. Would do again. Didn't do the potholes at the end, but think you would need a sandtrap to do them.

probably better way to get into the canyon if not hiking to see the view(4pl 4:53)

north fork, did the last repel in two sections, rough/confusing hike out(6pl 4:31)

little blue john

south fork, could not find the repel in

two repels and pothole escape on the second repel, very tight for larger people(6pl 5:10)

very high and long stemming, would not do again(5pl 3:52)

(4pl 2:20)
