East Fork: GREAT canyon. Long narrows...very narrow. Minimal stemming. Very doable for me. Had a blast. Long exit.

#1 most amazing canyon!

SE Water: A lot of work for a little bit of fun. Great canyon but probably not worth doing again.

It's a bit of a hike to the start...almost straight up a chimney. Fortunately, this was not that long of a hike. Beautiful canyon with great views and rock formations. Water was avoidable with a short bridge traverse. Would do this again for the eye candy.
