Camped at one of the sites on the way to the canyon, had an enormous stack of firewood which was pretty awesome and unexpected.

Wish we had camped in Buckhoen Wash, so many great campsites!

So crowded which ultimately made it pretty unenjoyable. We stopped at the larger drop off given time and overall lack of enthusiasm for the hike.

Very windy day, made the hike pretty miserable at times down in the canyon due to the amount of sand blasting us head on. Left at 2pm I believe and we were the last to enter the canyon for the day, passed quite a few groups but had the different panels to ourselves. Overall worth the hike, the pictographs were much more intricate and bigger than expected, a wonderful experience.

Finally did it!!! Better than expected.
