This was my first adventure in the swell, and I’m so grateful for the recs from RTR. We started around 8:15am and did this hike with a bit of trail running where we could - off the trail by around 10:45am. It was beautiful and easy to navigate. No rope or technical experience needed.
Fun hike with Marta & Aisha
Just in time to view the eclipse. Up LWHC and down BC.

Day 2
little horse was awesome not sure bells worth it kinda hot
Goblin Valley
Molly and I got to trail head early (8:30 am... ish) beat the crowds. Both canyons were dry. We went up bells and down little horse... We should have done the opposite. Little horse was very crowed by the time we got over there. Large families many with very little hiking experience and/or etiquette. Was difficult to pass slower groups. Canyon was beautiful, we would do it again (counter clockwise) if we are in the area again.
ran it with J :)
Beautiful easy hike that shows off what a Utah canyon can be like.
hiked with Di - didn't do the loop just up and back
Pretty cool easy hike. Hot AF
awesome!!
Super. One of the best
This is a great canyon that I wish was harder to get to. We arrived fairly early and avoided most of the crowd, but it was a VERY family friendly and on the way back we encountered hoards of families, tour groups, and dogs. As for the canyon itself, it is gorgeous. A great introduction to slots that does not require any technical equipment or expertise. We didn't bother with the loop and just went up LWH and back. Recommended visit off season to avoid the crowds, unless you have a minivan full of kids and need something a little more after visiting Goblin Valley.

My first Canyoneering experience with Mike Pintal and Martina Hauptmann
Fun weekend. We tool sophie, miles and lucy. We tool too kiddies backpacks. Miles walked some of it. The kids loved it.
8 people, youngest 9. Did full loop in about 4 hours. Fun scrambles in a few places, nothing technical or difficult.
