Dry almost everywhere and able to avoid puddles. Rap off motor engine, pretty neat and short

Great little canyon and short approach

Approach is on the left hand side; stay left of the larger knob at the top of the slick rock and eventually come to a slab of tilted slick rock that takes you to the rim trail. The drop in has a slide style down climb across from the first rappel boulder. Most of the rappels after this could be down climbs if desired; one chockstone rappel towards the end can be done two ways. First way is between two stones that is an easier start but tricker rope pull, the second is over the second rock with extended webbing which can make the start precarious. Overall, took 3 hours and was a really fun slot.

Decent partial scramble approach; the larger cluster of trees after coming down from the top of the scramble offers a good place to suit up. Semi-keeper pot hole would be a stem option once you see what it looks like. Cross to the road prior to or just after the petroglyph alcove to avoid getting feet wet. Really nice rappels with some free hang at the end.

Canyon itself was fun, exit scramble was god awful. Would not do a hog again unless using a shuttle or trying the shortcut route.

Approach is a bit tricky to follow and find an efficient way to get to the drop in point. Hiking out was not a fun affair due to route finding difficulties that damaged the local vegetation. Overall the canyon was fun and very tight in places.

Natural anchors and webbing were all in good shape. Canyon was dry and chilly. Approach is steep and exposed following the hike in the wash. Were able to move quickly with four people using three ropes (200ft, 140ft, 100ft) and knocked it out over 4.5 hours.
