4 people, very little water.
Unavoidable water in Pothole at 3rd from last rap. Belly deep. Intermediate anchor on chockstone pinch w red webbing between last anchor and 2nd to last anchor to make rope pull easier. Remove hardware from rope for pull. Long steep approach.

Completed in 9.5 hours with angels landing. Not a great canyon

Rap 5 can be bypassed by following trail on right. Bring lots of extra water next time.
Slogged wetsuits up the long approach only to find out later that the canyon was mostly dry (who woulda thought?!). Saw hundreds of frogs. Final rappel was my favorite of the trip.
not sure on date
Kate, Justin and Ryan Madsen. 7 hr 55 min total time.

Sweaty approach but on paved trail. Beautiful but mindless. Goes forever. First 4 rappels are big wall style. Standard Dangler Territory. After that straight forward rappels. Beautiful walking. Very cold for November. Temps in Springdale high of 49.
Last rappel was epic
Still very snowy. Tried using a 5 mm farmer John wetsuit for the first time - it was pretty hot. I think a 3mm works fine for me. Good time with Mac, Gus, Dan and Sara
8:30 hours. Couldn't completely avoid water, but mostly. Last rap free hang was spinning due to rope twist; not awesome. Beautiful canyon though, including approach (after leaving the masses behind at Angels Landing).
Fun canyon. The social trail to the first rappel isn't nearly as social as you'd expect. Plan on a bit of bushwhacking, but certainly worth it.
Seth, Ryan and Logan Madsen - Both Seth and Logan were 14yrs old. They were awesome. 9 hrs 56 min. Long day but amazing to be with them.
nice, hardly any water, mostly avoidable. 4 people, 6-7 hours
Lovely weather at a high of 69. We were able to avoid getting our feet wet. Absolutely gorgeous fall leaves. 9 hrs for a meandering group of 3 taking lots of pretty pictures :)
Extremely dry and hot - Approach had a few shady spots
Bob, Bob's neighbor, Tannen, and his friend. Tried to stem the water, fell in a got my phone wet! haha
Completed with Devin Stratton, Amber Stratton, Kait Winget, Rachel Barret, and Micah Taylor
Rendezvous with Mary Conrad et. al. Did it another time years later.
Early season through Behunin. Some snow pack in the top of the canyon before the first rappels and little flowing (and very cold :O) stream. New bolt anchors and webbing have been placed, however, whoever placed the bolts did not use rapid links off the bolts so the webbing will likely wear out soon. Great trip, snow added significant time to approach. We managed to get our rope stuck on the second to last rappel, so watch out for that one. The last rappel is epic. Giving this canyon 4 stars because approach kind of sucks and that rope pull on 2nd to last rap stinks.
My second real canyon
Phenomenal! Lots of crowds up to Angels Landing on July Fourth, but barely saw a soul after that.
Great time, was able to avoid getting my rope stuck. Loved the last rappel before the last two that take you out of the canyon. Seems like the There may be a rap missing from the route description.
