Fun canyon, water level in the pothole was high enough that we didn't need a pack toss, just a simple partner assist.

The beta listed is still using info from prior to the road closure. Expect to add 1 mile each way of hiking along the old road. The canyon also takes longer. My partner and I took 8 hours car to car and we were booking it once we realized we weren't going to make the estimated time.

Lots of scree near the top.

Quick fun canyon. Get there early to avoid guide companies.

Both forks completely dry. East fork 1 star, west fork 3 stars.

Great trip! The canyon is entertaining but the real value comes from the hikes in and out. Gorgeous views the entire way!

Nice short outing, can make for a fun day if combined with other canyons in the area.

Fun canyon, the south fork known as Angel's Advocate is the more exciting option. It adds a handful of larger rappels and joins up just before the deepest/narrowest section of Angel Slot.

Fun canyon but I don't think it is 4th class. Anchor options are limited but not all that difficult and rock shuttling wouldn't be overly difficult if needed. The canyon sees a lot of sunlight so unless it is a cold day (less than 70F) a wetsuit will just make you uncomfortably hot.

Fun canyon, it has quite a bit of variety to keep things interesting. It is a long steep hike to get there but it is so worth it if only for the views.

Fun canyon. The social trail to the first rappel isn't nearly as social as you'd expect. Plan on a bit of bushwhacking, but certainly worth it.

Even with first timers the downclimbs were pretty simple. Bring a handline for people that want one but leave the rope and harnesses at the car. This was my least favorite of the Poison springs canyons but it does have a really scenic and fun section near the bottom.

Fun canyon. I prefer canyons with a bit more climbing but it was still incredibly scenic and enjoyable. We did the car shuttle and it made for a much longer day than if we done the longer approach.

It was very full of water with several swims. I took my cousins family and we had a good time but it was a bit much for the kids that weren't into climbing. All in all a fun canyon but not quite sure it is great as a "family friendly" canyon unless your family is already very outdoorsy.

Great canyon. I took a group of 4 through, two of which were cold even in wet suits while two of us we're just fine without them. So if you are particularly warm blooded (and it is hot out) you shouldn't have a problem but if you get cold easily make sure you bring a wet suit.

Always some fun canyons. 3 and 5 are great. Wouldn't recommend the rest.

This makes for a great hike but not spectacular canyons. Works well for teaching first timers so not all bad.

Water level was very low.

Great canyon, long approach and exit that can be really hot in the afternoon.

Did the East Fork with a group of 4 people. ~5hrs without the car shuttle. It had rained the day before so the pools were bigger. The pool at the bottom of the last rappel was neck deep on the only person in our party that went in.
